Zhouqiao (Bridge) Zhao Ph.D. is a Postdoctoral Associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology AgeLab & Center for Transportation of Logistics.
His research primarily revolves around modeling and understanding driver interactions with vehicle automation and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Through his studies, Dr. Zhao aims to pave the way for a more intelligent, safer, and human-centered direction in autonomous driving.
Prior to his work at the MIT AgeLab, Dr. Zhao earned his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Riverside. There, his research encompassed cooperative automated driving, driver behavior modeling via machine learning, and the digital twinning of intelligent vehicles.
